1. Final Sale Designation
All items purchased from our “Trend Vault,” “Flash Sale,” or any collection explicitly marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
2. Quality & Expectations
Our Final Sale items are selected for their trendy appeal and affordability. These are fashion/costume jewelry pieces and do not come with a long-term quality guarantee or warranty. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that they are sold “as-is.”
3. No Exceptions
Once an order for a Final Sale item is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, or perceived quality for these specific limited-run items.
4. Damaged Items
In the rare event that a Final Sale item arrives physically broken or damaged during transit, please contact us at Support@gemishly.in within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will review these cases individually.
